Lenovo pada awal oktober 2008 meluncurkan produk terbarunya dan menambah serunya persaingan perang laptop kategori UMPC (Ultra Mini Personal Computer). Bagi saya kehadiran lenovo dalam persaingan antar UMPC sangat ditunggu karena Lenovo adalah jajaran Merk Laptop High level dan High End namun pada kali ini Seri Ideapad S10 dibandrol dengan harga yang terjangkau (Rp. 4-5 jutaan), buat yang tau kualitas pasti pilih Lenovo soalnya doi peranakan dari nenek moyang komputer yakni IBM.
